So, drowning is the absolute worst way to die, it is extremely painful the minutes why you hold your breath until you can no more and start to inhale water. You are conscious while your lungs burn like acid and you are conscious while your body goes into convulsions, and it still takes some minutes before your brain no longer have oxygen and everything becomes black. The last thing you hear is your heart racing away in your chest trying your pump blood to the starving brain, but there is no oxygen left in the blood. It is not a fast or painfree way to go. It is considered being the absolute worst way to go. That is why I feel it was heartless to tell the mother that he fought until he drowned. It is way more likely that with his alcohol levels and the hard impact, he was unconscious and drowned without ever waking up. A body will after a while start to fill with gas and move, so his body probably slipped out the window as the body started to decompose. It is egoistic and heartless to drink and drive. It shows a lack of respect for other peoples lives. This time he only killed himself, but everyone around him still suffers from the terrible loss. I hope he finds peace and is reunited with his stillborn daughter. If you have problems with alcohol, get help and sell your car. That way we all will be a bit safer.

I feel that all vechiles need pulled out in these situations because theyre maybe more bodies. It would also clean out the bodies of water. Maybe not this team but definitely some county clean up crews. Think of all the missing families weither one person or a whole family!

As a dad i understnad why her husband couldn't watch any longer. We as dads are our babies protectors and that sense of uslessness and hopelessness that sense of feeling like you didn't do a good enough job of protecting your baby It hurts deeply We love our children so much. It hursts to see them in pain or learning they differed before they died. R.I.P babies Im sorry for the loss of 3 beautiful lives

Are you kidding me? Really, officers? I know what it's like to have a loved one go missing. My little brother went to work and then vanished. He didn't take anything. He was just gone. For the better part of 3 years, we never stopped looking for him. I went to morgue more than once to see if it was my brother. My family is incredibly fortunate. A trucker recognized him and contacted us. He was alive. That relief was like nothing else. That unknowing feeling when you don't know where they are and if they're ok? It nags at your mind. We knew there was a good chance he wasn't living. But there was a point where I just wanted to know where he was. You would give anything to have answers. I say all that to say this. I did not care who found my brother. The gent who contacted us in an angel on earth. These officers should be ashamed of themselves. Yeah, you didn't find him. But someone found him. That's enough. It isn't the time to be rude, egotistical, and dismissive. Figure it out. Bring him home. It doesn't matter if the county built something. Ask the people in the county, I highly doubt they will demand the car just stay there. Heck, I'd be organizing a crowd to join hand in hand to create a chain of people to pull it out ourselves. I get they have a crime scene,but what the heck. The behavior of these officers is unacceptable.

I'm absolutely disgusted with the sheriff and how he treated that family, how dare he just dismiss their plea. That poor family must have been absolutely devastated as well as heartbroken. I hope that the sheriff got the sack and the family are suing them. I'm so sorry for your loss and for the terrible way that the sheriff treated you. R.I.P young man. Xx
